Hello, and welcome to my Counselling website. I am a male Counsellor practising in the Southbourne area of Bournemouth, offering professional, confidential and individual Generic and Addiction Counselling from my home. I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, (BACP) and a member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals, (FDAP).
I have many years experience helping people with all kinds of problems such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationships, stress and various addictions.
I work with individuals aged 18 years and over.
